Oxford Oaks Distillery is situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Oxford just a short drive from Raleigh and Durham. The building was constructed in the early 1900s and has been home to a few retail businesses over the years including Baird Hardware for over 50 years. The building was completely renovated in 2022 to include the distillery, Verdigris restaurant and banquet spaces.

In our state-of-the-art micro distillery, each piece of equipment is carefully selected and maintained to contribute to the production of premium and distinctive spirits. Along with stainless steel mashing and fermentation tanks, our equipment includes a 350L copper pot still and distillation column. All of the bottling and labeling is also done within the facility.

Oxford Oaks Distillery is bringing bold, local flavor to North Carolina with vodka, rum, gin, and Carolina Whiskey—and we're just getting started! Up next? Proofed and barrel strength bourbon, infused vodkas, crisp ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, and our signature Verdigris™ Navy strength gin. We’re all about keeping it local, working hand-in-hand with regional farmers to craft spirits with fresh, authentic grains and botanicals. Stay tuned—there’s always something exciting in the barrel!
